This checklist gives you a clear picture of what a part-time MCA support arrangement (approximately 20 hours per week) can cover.

 You can use it as a menu: some Market Centers need all of this, others only select a few areas. We’ll tailor the actual scope to your systems, priorities, and goals.

Deal Processing

Support to keep your transactions flowing smoothly and accurately.

  • Accept Commissions Tab (or CommandMC)

  • Check paperwork in DocuSign (or CommandMC) for completion and compliance

  • Create DA in CommandMC

  • Process DA and DP in CommandMC

  • Post DP in AccountEdge and prepare checks

  • Reconcile projected closings

  • Send follow-up emails for Commission Tabs (or CommandMC) as needed

Accounts Receivable

Help you stay on top of what’s owed, what’s billed, and what’s past due.

  • Keep AccountEdge Connect updated

  • Create monthly invoices in AccountEdge Connect, including:

    • Printer

    • KPA

    • Books (MREA, SHIFT, etc.)

    • Marketing materials

    • Swag

    • Cubicles / offices

    • Other fees

  • Send monthly invoices

  • Send past-due emails

  • Send credit card decline emails

  • Send card expiring soon emails

  • Send collections emails

  • Update credit cards as needed

  • Adjust invoices where appropriate

Accounts Payable

Support for managing your vendors and outgoing payments.

  • Track and save vendor invoices

  • Record vendor invoices in AccountEdge

  • Make vendor payments

  • Reconcile expenses with bank and credit cards

  • Vendor contracts management (basic tracking and organization)

Agent Onboarding

Ensure new agents are set up correctly and welcomed into your MC systems.

  • Initiate onboarding paperwork

  • Check paperwork for completion and accuracy

  • Set agents up in CommandMC

  • Set agents up on MC technology platforms

  • Invite agents to your social media / community channels

Reporting & Performance Visibility

Keep leadership informed with consistent, accurate reporting.
