How do the Full Time vs. Part Time package options work?

Our MCA services package is based on time, not tasks.  We can assist with any project requested as long as it fits in the hours of the agreement.  Full Time is 40 hours per week, and Part Time is 20 hours per week. 

What tasks are not included?

First, we cannot perform physical in-office activities like printing checks or scanning documents.  We will need a KW Leadership team member to assist with those activities.  Secondly, we do not perform HR-specific duties, for example recruiting or payroll.

What does Support Speedy need to set-up in my Market Center?

  • A separate computer with the Winmore & AccountEdge

  • Assign email(s) we are going to communicate through and monitor

  • A Market Center employee assigned the MCA role in white pages, and we need their Command login info

  • Banking View Only access (if necessary)

Will I lose control over my accounting records?

No.  We work with the KW Leadership team with constant updates and communication on what is happening in the financial department of their Market Center.  We make sure there are ‘checks and balances’ in place so multiple eyes are looking at the financials

What sets Support Speedy apart from other Virtual Companies?

Everything! Our goal is to serve every Market Center at the highest level.  It starts with recruiting, where we use DISC, KPA, CV, 30,60,90. We are fanatical about hiring, training, and developing to get the best-equipped Associates. They get a minimum of 200 hours of training in CommandMC, Accountedge, & WinMORE.Our prices are also very competitive!

How do you communicate with agents?

Agent communication is email.  Leadership communication is via g-chat, zoom, and email. 

I’m ready to use Support Speedy leverage in my MC,  what's next?

- Sign the service agreement

- Set up the computer and fill out the onboarding sheet by gathering all passwords/info that we will need

- Attend a one-hour onboarding appointment, where we get to learn your systems.

- Then we start the next morning and you can rest easy knowing your financials are well taken care of! 

Do you REALLY do all the Tasks on the list?

Yes, our team is highly trained on all the tasks on the list, but they can complete as many tasks as times allows. Your engagement is based on time, not tasks.

Is Support Speedy going to be part of my team or just in the background?

It’s up to you and it depends on what you are hiring us for.  You decide on how involved you’d like our associate to be as part of your Market Center.

How many Support Speedy AMCA’s/MCA’s will be working with my Market Center?

You will have a person assigned to your office. For Full Time contracts, you will have a dedicated AMCA/MCA that solely works in your office. For Part Time contracts, associates will work for two office for 4 hours a day.

How flexible is the contract?
