This checklist shows the full range of support available in a full-time MCA partnership (approximately 40 hours per week).

 Some Market Centers need everything listed; others need a more customized focus. We’ll tailor the scope to your systems, your team’s needs, and your production flow.

Deal Processing

Consistent, accurate, and timely processing of transactions.

  • Accept Commissions Tab

  • Check paperwork in DocuSign (or CommandMC)

  • Create DA in CommandMC

  • Process DA and DP in CommandMC

  • Post DP in AccountEdge and write checks

  • Reconcile projected closings

  • Send follow-up emails for Commission Tabs (or CommandMC)

Full-cycle management of monthly billing, follow-up, and collections.

  • Keep AccountEdge Connect updated

  • Create monthly invoices in AccountEdge Connect, including:
    ° Printer
    ° KPA
    ° Books (MREA, SHIFT, etc.)
    ° Marketing materials
    ° Swag
    ° Cubicles / offices
    ° Other fees

  • Send monthly invoices

  • Send past-due emails

  • Send credit card decline emails

  • Send card-expiring-soon emails

  • Collections communication

  • Update credit cards as needed

  • Adjust invoices when required

Accounts Payable

Vendor oversight and expense management for clean, timely financials.

  • Track and save vendor invoices

  • Record vendor invoices in AccountEdge

  • Make vendor payments

  • Reconcile expenses with bank & credit cards

  • Vendor contracts management

Agent Onboarding

A smooth, consistent onboarding process for every new associate.

  • Initiate onboarding paperwork

  • Check paperwork for accuracy and completion

  • Set up agents in CommandMC

  • Set up agents on Market Center technology systems

  • Invite agents to join MC social media channels
